If you are wondering if onsite computer support is worth it then all you need to do is talk to a business associate of mine. He works heavily in maintaining databases of information for large clients. A while back some of his computers were infected and he needed to send them out to get fixed.
The company he sent them out to would take them a week to make the repairs. Already seeing the higher cost to have someone come in, he took a chance and sent them out. A week turned into two, then three and soon his clients were getting annoyed. So much so, that a few had decided to move their business elsewhere.
